Koray AYTEKİN was born in Kırıkkale in 1968. His primary and secondary education was completed in Kırıkkale and he graduated from the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences of Karadeniz Technical University. He took the office as civil servant in the Faculty of Engineering in Kırıkkale University. Ha was transferred to the Rector’s office as an Expert staff in 2000. Similarly, he worked as acting head of Personnel Department in 2000 and he was appointed as Secretary General in 2004.
